Students in our biology program study the breadth of the life sciences: from ecology and organismal biology to cellular and molecular biology. A biology degree from St. Lawrence can lead to careers in environmental conservation, science education, research, medicine, physical therapy, and other health industries.
St. Lawrence has also developed quite the reputation among graduate schools and health professional programs like Syracuse, Dartmouth, Albany College of Pharmacy and Penn, as well as biotechnology companies. St. Lawrence has agreements with the SUNY Buffalo School of Pharmacy, the Nursing Program at NYU, the Physician’s Assistant Program at Clarkson, and the Physical Therapy Program at Clarkson for students to pursue a combined degree.
