1. Send an e-mail to listserv@listserv.stlawu.edu from the address where you’d like to receive messages

2. In the e-mail,
a. No subject is necessary in the e-mail
b. In the TEXT part of the e-mail, type the following (without quotes):

“Subscribe bionews”

3. That’s it! You should receive an e-mail confirming your subscription and giving you instructions on how to unsubscribe, post messages to the listserv, etc.
