For Fall 2025:

Adjunct requests are subject to budgetary approval and overall departmental course registrations for the semester for which the adjunct faculty is requested. All requests are subjected to budgetary approvals made after the registration period is complete.

For full consideration, deadline for submission of this form is due to the Office of Academic Affairs:

  • FALL SEMESTER:  February 3rd 
  • SPRING SEMESTER:  September 8th

Please submit a separate form for each adjunct/overload taught course (multiple sections per form is allowed).
