New Business:
Old Business:
- Cross walk safety and lighting (trees covering lights) on Park Street: Crosswalk safety message will be sent out along with submission to the Hill News. Trees will be pruned today on Park Street, Romoda Drive and inner campus. CLOSED.
- Dumpster removal on campus: Forklift (driving backwards) is necessary to remove all bulky loads on inner campus to keep packer truck out for safety purposes. This is permissible as long as the forklift has a backup alarm and the operator is looking in the direction of travel. This is done early in the morning Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays to avoid student traffic. CLOSED.
- Grates at Dana Dining Hall and the Sullivan Student Center: Jim and Steve looked at grates and took care of concerns; Suna asked that the two entrances at Johnson Hall (Student Center entrance and Bewkes/Bridge entrance) be looked at too. CLOSED.
- Pet Policy: Submitting final draft to Senior Staff for approval. CLOSED.
Tabled:
- Review updated integrated pest management plan – Marcus/Suna will bring draft to a Fall meeting.
Future Meetings:
The meetings will continue to be the first Friday of the month: 12/3/21, 2/4/22, 3/4/22, 4/1/22 and 5/6/22. The meetings will be conducted via Zoom until in-person meetings are approved when
conditions allow and then will be held in the Torrey Conference Room, located in the Diana Torrey Health and Counseling Center from 8am-9am.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:35 a.m.
