Approval of the Minutes

New Business:

• Community concerns about student running teams running on county roads at dawn/dusk; dark clothing and little if no reflective markings. The most recent call to Security was that it was dark and rainy and the students were in the roadway running

• Student concerns- students who have approved ESA’s would like to have a spot designated on campus so that their pets can roam free for example perhaps a gated area?
• E-bike charging
• Usage of cell phones on golf carts, gators etc.

Future Meetings:

The meetings will continue to be the first Friday of the month from 8:00-9:00 a.m.  The next Meeting will be October 6, 2023: Future meetings: 11/3/2023, 12/1/2023, 1/5/2024, 2/2/2024, 3/1/2024, 4/5/2024, 5/3/2024, and 6/7/2024. Meetings will be conducted via Zoom.
