1. Refrigerators/microwaves plugged into power strips (must be plugged directly into a wall outlet)
2. Candles, incense, smoking materials
3. Obstructed means of egress
4. Material hung from the ceiling, and excessive wall coverings
5. Material wrapped around sprinkler piping
6. Combustible material too close to a heat source
7. Excessive trash accumulation, excessive storage
8. Unauthorized cooking appliances (see student handbook)
9. Materials stacked too close to the ceiling (24” non-sprinklered building, 18” sprinklered building)
10. Tampering with or removing any portion of a fire safety system (covered smoke heads, hoarding fire extinguishers)
