There is no shortage of experts in the business and finance world who also identify as Laurentians. It is one of the reasons St. Lawrence’s New York City Semester—not limited to finance—can be transformational for those getting a foot in the door. These are just two of the hundreds of examples of young alumni excelling at work and serving as role models for how to keep St. Lawrence competitive in the marketplace.

George W. Karpus ’68 was honored during Laurentian Weekend 2022 for his prolific contributions to St. Lawrence University and its Division III athletics program. “Laurentian for Life” Lisa Mazzola Cania M’82, P’07, was honored on Sept. 10 with the rededication of the Alumni Council Campus Room, on the third floor of the Sullivan Student Center, in her name.
In April 2023, St. Lawrence will celebrate 56 years of the Spain program by offering Laurentians an exclusive opportunity to learn about the diverse culinary traditions of the country. Participants will enjoy foods and wines from four different regions while learning about the changing cultures that make up Spain’s multicultural mosaic. The deposit deadline is October 1.
