Welcome to Reunion 2025
Reunion is a special time to reconnect with fellow classmates and across generations of Laurentians during a fun weekend of events.
Online registration will open in 2025!
Important Registration Instructions:
All alumni and guests must choose their registration package (ticket option) based on their arrival day and time. A special 50th Reunion rate is available for members of the Class of 1975. A young alumni option is available for those in the classes of 2014 - 2024 and their guest/s.
Reunion Package - Thursday or Friday Arrival: Arrival between 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 29 and 8:30 p.m. on Friday, May 30. This package includes all on-campus meals (Thursday dinner through Sunday breakfast), all reunion activities and beverages at all meals.
Weekend Package - Saturday Arrival: Arrival between 8:30 p.m. on Friday, May 30 and 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 31. This package includes all on-campus meals (Saturday breakfast through Sunday breakfast), all Saturday and Sunday reunion activities and beverages at all meals.
Bringing a child to Reunion? Children ages 6 to 18 are $50 per child for the entire weekend. Children ages 5 and under are complimentary. Children of any age are not charged a housing fee.
You will be asked to select at least one Reunion dinner on the 'Activities' page of the registration form. Please only select one dinner option per day and be sure to read the description to make sure you are selecting the appropriate meal based on your class year or affinity. Dinner for all Reunioners will take place at the same location on Saturday.
Fear not: Reunion Weekend will include far more than is detailed on the registration form! You’ll need to only register for events where a specific count or detail (i.e. meal selection) is necessary.
Housing is processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are taking advantage of on-campus housing, you will indicate this while registering. There is an $85 flat fee per person for on-campus accommodations. Milestone classes/clusters are assigned dorms, so you will be around (hopefully) familiar faces.
If you want to room with someone: Happy to help! Whether it’s a double or triple, we ask that you complete one registration form together. This way, our housing coordinator will know to put you in the same room. Do not purchase on-campus rooms for individuals who are not listed on your registration form. You will be refunded for all extra rooms.
If you want to be near someone in your milestone/affinity dorm: Please coordinate your registration time so that you’re close together. Our housing coordinator places guests as registrations come in, so your odds are greatest when submitting at/near the same time. With approximately 1,000 Laurentians expected on campus, we are not able to process block housing requests sent via email or phone, nor adjust housing after the fact. We appreciate your understanding as we look to maximize campus space for all.
A reminder that the University is unable to offer Reunion housing in theme cottages, Greek houses, or the Townhouses.
“Camp Laurentian” and “RV Village” are free “on-campus” housing options for registered Reunioners. You will be able to select this option while registering for the weekend. An additional link to complete information for either of these options will be sent to those who choose one of these options during registration.
Registered Reunion attendees may schedule a round-trip shuttle for the Massena, Ogdensburg, Syracuse, or Watertown airports for a $75 per person fee. Please keep the following shuttle service hours in mind when you are booking your flights as airport shuttles will not operate outside of these hours for the safety of our student drivers.

Thursday - Saturday:
- First shuttle departs campus at 8:00 a.m.
- Last shuttle returns and is on campus at 9:00 p.m.
Sunday:
- First shuttle departs campus at 8:00 a.m.
- Last shuttle departs campus at 12:00 p.m.
Shuttle reservations and payment are required by Monday, May 19, 2025 in order to reserve a spot on a scheduled shuttle. Payment will be collected when you register for the weekend. Flight details must be emailed to reunion@stlawu.edu by Monday, May 19, 2024.
