Join Co-Chairs of Digital Media and Film Brook Henkel, Associate Professor, and Sarah Knobel, Associate Professor, as they provide an overview of the new Digital Media & Film major and minor and discuss some of the work of our inaugural class of DMF majors graduating in Spring 2024. They will also highlight our several new faculty members in DMF, who bring new expertise in filmmaking and screenwriting, the sociology of technology, data visualization, VR filmmaking, and the environmental impacts of media infrastructure.

Check out a canoe and enjoy a paddle on the Little River with 20th Reunioners. Transportation is available at the Noble Center, or go out Park Street to the end of the sports fields, turn right on the gravel road just before the Little River bridge, and go about 100 yards to the Canoe Shack, a brown clapboard building on the river's edge.

As Reunion comes to a close, we remember all alumni, faculty, and staff who have passed away in the last year. Alumni Executive Council members will read the names, one-by-one, to remember each Laurentian. All are encouraged to attend this non-denominational service.

One Earring Exhibition

St. Lawrence University’s Native American Affairs and the Richard F. Brush Art Gallery present One Earring, an exhibition designed to raise awareness about Missing and Murdered Indigenous People (MMIP). Representing those who were stolen or never returned home, the One Earring project was inspired by the U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs Office of Justice Services exhibition of the same title in 2022.” The exhibit will be on display inside the main entrance of the Student Center through June 2, 2024.

We are continuing to accept earring donations. How to Help: You are invited to participate by bringing one or more single earrings to campus during Reunion Weekend and placing them on the board. If you wish to share this message, individuals are encouraged to send earring donations to Brenda Papineau, Director of Native American Affairs, St. Lawrence University, Canton, NY 13617. Any earring(s) submitted will be considered a donation to be used in the exhibition and on social media.

Golf carts are only available on-campus and end their service at 9 p.m. on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and 12:00 p.m. on Sunday.

Parking: Ample parking is available throughout campus. Please park in the lot nearest your residence hall, with RV parking in J Lot. Please avoid parking in designated Admissions spots in E Lot, and a reminder that the Brewer Bookstore parking lot is for Bookstore customers only. View campus map.
