Instructions for on-campus and off-campus internships:

  • For all internships, two forms need to be submitted: the supervisor form & the student reflection.
  • Once completed, the DMF chairs will approve and work with the registrar’s office on the student file on APR.

Instructions for CBL courses or study abroad:

  • All students participating CBL courses or study abroad programs must complete the reflection form to receive the experiential learning credit.
