Population Surveyed:  Incoming First-Year or transfer students, at the start of the fall semester

Instrument Type:  Higher Education Data Sharing Consortium (HEDS), Wabash College, Crawfordsville, Indiana

The HEDS New Student Survey prompts new students to reflect on their goals for college, their vision of a successful life after college, and how their experiences in college can move them towards achieving that vision. In addition, St. Lawrence has added supplemental questions to the survey, including questions related to goals, abilities, and use of information technology.
